3. OUR LIABILITY
Claudia Tello Boutique assumes no liability whatsoever arising from, by way of example but not limitation:
1. The use that Customers or Visitors may make of the materials on this website or linked websites, whether prohibited or permitted, in violation of intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the website’s content or of third parties.
2. 2. Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletions, or incomplete transmissions, so the services of the Website are not guaranteed to be constantly operational.

Likewise, Claudia Tello Boutique has the right to carry out promotional campaigns during defined time intervals to promote the registration of new members to its service. Claudia Tello Boutique reserves the right to modify the conditions of application of the promotions, extend them with due notice, or exclude any participant from the promotion in the event of detecting any anomaly, abuse, or unethical behavior in their participation.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
You agree that in order to complete the purchase process on the Website, you must have the legal capacity required to enter into the contract for the purchase of products and services from Claudia Tello Boutique. By submitting your purchase order through the shopping cart on the Website, you accept all the current Terms and Conditions of Use.

At any time before submitting the purchase, you may go back and/or leave the page and the purchase will not be completed. You may also add or remove items from a purchase by deleting them from the shopping cart before confirming and/or submitting your purchase.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed. To the initial price shown on the Website for each of the products offered, the corresponding shipping fees will be added. In any case, such fees will be communicated to the Customer in advance before finalizing the purchase.
Payments for purchases made through the Website may be made using valid credit or debit cards accepted by the payment gateway. Payments may also be made through bank deposits or transfers, cash payments at designated locations, and/or any other payment method that is explicitly announced and approved on the Website.
In the event that the banking or financial institution rejects or declines the transaction, the purchase will be canceled. De même, Claudia Tello Boutique a le droit d’organiser, à des intervalles de temps définis, des campagnes promotionnelles afin de promouvoir l’inscription de nouveaux membres à son service. Claudia Tello Boutique se réserve le droit de modifier les conditions d’application des promotions, de les prolonger en le communiquant dûment, ou d’exclure l’un des participants à la promotion en cas de détection de toute anomalie, abus ou comportement contraire à l’éthique lors de leur participation.
4. TRAITEMENT DES COMMANDES
Vous acceptez que, pour finaliser le processus d’achat sur le site web, vous devez disposer de la capacité juridique nécessaire pour conclure le contrat d’achat de produits et services auprès de Claudia Tello Boutique. L’annulation partielle de la commande pour cause d’indisponibilité ne donne pas droit à l’annulation de l’intégralité de la commande. Si, à la suite de cette annulation, le client souhaite retourner le produit livré, il devra suivre les dispositions prévues dans la section Retours et Remboursements.
1. VALIDATION DES COMMANDES
