Warranty and Returns
INSTRUCTIONS
To return a product, follow these instructions:
- 1) Contact our customer service team to begin your return process. They will inform you whether your request is authorized according to our return policy.
- 2) If your request is authorized, you must send us the product. Make sure you pack the items in their original packaging and that all clothing or footwear items have their original tags attached.
- 3) When contacting us (by phone, text message, or email), make sure you have the following information available:
o Full Name
o Order number
o Order date
o Reason for return
o Product pickup location
o Phone number
o A preferred pickup date
Our customer service team is available to assist you with your return process. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.
Footwear warranty is 60 days from the date the product is invoiced.
Footwear warranty applies if the product shows irregularities in:
- Stitching
- Detached soles
- Broken zippers
- Foreign elements inside or outside the product
- Broken heel
- Damaged footwear
The warranty is not unconditional, since in the case of footwear the product is not indestructible, and coverage cannot be guaranteed for wear resulting from normal use (for example, heel tips on high-heeled shoes) or for damage caused by misuse or by subjecting the product to conditions for which it was not designed.
In conclusion, the footwear warranty does not cover the following:
- Scratches
- Peeling
- Worn or detached heel tips
- Stains caused by the use of materials or foreign liquids
- Evidence of misuse or poor handling.
RETURN CONDITIONS
When making exchanges and returns, you should know that:
- 1) Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- 2) Once we receive your package, we will verify the condition of the items and proceed with the exchange or refund of the returned garments. Please note that, in the case of returns by mail, Claudia Tello Boutique will not accept shipments sent collect or cash on delivery, and shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
- 3) The product undergoes a quality control process, and if it is not accepted, it will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
- 4) Exchanges and returns are subject to inventory availability at the time the request is made.
“In accordance with the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011, the buyer has five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, report damage, or express dissatisfaction with the purchased product. After this period, it is understood that the consumer accepts the adequate condition of the delivered product.”
NOTE: All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.
